Note: Coming Home to Self differs from WWf(a)C Core courses in that each session focuses on a specific theme.Writing is a large part of our process, and we use writing techniques, journaling, fastwrites, and other writing exercises to guide you toward personal transformation. Participants include those who are interested in: effectively navigating life changes, living more fully and intentionally, seeking connection with self and others, becoming who you know you could be, andtranslating desire into reality; ideas into action
